We offer bespoke private training plans, either in-person or online, tailored to your individual needs. We work together and set out a plan, specific to you. 

All private sessions can be built to include: core strength, cardio fitness, muscle toning, weight loss, nutritional support and guidance plans, strength condition. We focus on body weight and breathing exercises / patterns. 

We can also work on: circuit training, plyometric training, flexibility training, mindset and attitude training, continuous training, HIIT training, interval training, light weighted resistance training, and endurance training.
